If your address is serviced by OptiComm and fibre infrastructure is to be completed at the property. You can sign up a plan first and contact OptiComm to arrange an installation of fibre terminal device. Once installation is complete, connection will be active within 24 hours.

Received the router within days of ordering. Set it up over the weekend and Elsa was available to troubleshoot my set up. I am not very technical and she explained everything clearly. Their customer service team was also easy to get hold of when I wanted to change my payment details
