Generally okay service. The consultant was friendly, and helpful and there is a small delay in word articulation and understanding that is limited in communication. Sometimes there is a need to repeat information being communicated. Overall the service is Good. 😄

Minakshi was really helpful getting us connected again. We lost Internet this morning and when I got set with her she went straight to work and only took 13 minutes for everything to get reconnected again. So grateful and excellent service from Opticom once again.
