I have had issues with the internet since signing up with Occom for over a month now. The team at Occom tried everything to help me and sent a new router. I got the new one yesterday and connected it today. Unfortunately the monumental had all green lights except on the “internet” light which was orange and it kept telling me that l had no internet. I rang Occom and spoke to their tech and we did a few checks and could not get it sorted. The tech said he would escalate it and will call me back in an hour. After a little over an hour he rang me back and we tested the internet, it not only worked it worked at the speed l am paying for. Great work to all at Occom for sticking with me and the tech for today who did a great job. I won’t know if the issue of intermittent connection around 5pm till about 10:30 pm but will test it today. A very big thank you to the Occom team for working with me throughout the month. That is what service should be. Thank you
