I contacted customer support today because my Modem/Extender was not setup during the initial internet installation. I spoke with Pallavi on the phone who was very polite , patient and extremely knowledgable. She walked me through the router setup , step by step and got the extender installed and working within 15 minutes. She was extremely professional and courteous and provided help and guidance throughout the entire conversation. She explained everything to me clearly and made my experience very enjoyable. Thank you Pallavi and keep up the great work you are doing for Occom. Fantastic service !!

Shubham is extremely good, he helped me a lot when trying to get the WiFi and is incredibly patient. He truly went above and beyond to help me.
