If you’re using a fibre broadband service, we may be able to assist with relocating your service to a new address (including standalone houses, apartments, or townhouses), or transferring the service to the next resident.
If you’re using a SIM card service, please contact Occom before the 26th of the month to stop the service in time and avoid automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
