How to transfer my number to Occom?
Transferring your mobile number is easy, all you need are your account details with your current Aussie telco – you don’t have to cancel your plan with them, just kick off the transfer with us.
Do you support eSIM? How do I activate it?
All Vodafone plans support eSIM. After signing up, you will receive a QR code by email to activate the eSIM. The process is fast and can usually be completed within minutes.
How can I pay the monthly fee?
You will need to pay the first monthly fee during the sign-up process. Afterwards, it is very convenient to recharge in the Customer Portal or the Occom Mobile App.
How long does it take to receive a SIM card? Can I use it immediately?
Physical SIM cards are delivered within 2 — 4 business days. If you need instant activation, you can choose eSIM, which is delivered via email and ready to use right away.
Are the plans on a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
All plans are contract-free, meaning you can cancel or change anytime.
Will my phone work with an OCCOM SIM?
As long as the phone you plan to use is unlocked and compatible with either 4G or 5G, it will work. OCCOM provides Standard, Micro, and Nano SIMs to fit all device types. If you purchase your SIM card from us, you will receive a 3-in-1 SIM so you can pop out the Standard, Micro, or Nano size required for your device.
Which destinations are included in the international calls?
Calls from Australia to Canada, USA, Singapore, Malaysia, China, UK, Ireland, Republic of Korea, India, New Zealand, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, France, Greece, Vietnam, Spain, Portugal, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. PAYG rates apply to all other destinations.
