Fantastic service signing up to OCCOM, Rashika R was very helpful and friendly! Also had some help from the tech support team setting up my BYO router - wasn’t on hold AT ALL! And got the issue sorted quickly. This was on a public holiday after 5pm too!

Michael was incredibly helpful and patient with the whole process from sign up to set up. We were on call and was also able to simultaneously sms photos to make sure my router and set up was correct. He rang me immediately when my account was set up on their end and patiently answered every question I had. Highly recommend this company.

I rang for technical support with setting up a complicated router and Gary went above and beyond to help me! He explained it so easily first time around and guided me step by step. Other providers have made mistakes setting up this router which had led to numerous issues and phone calls.
