I had problems with the modem that I had from my previous isp and I was rescued by Raees. We had 4 phone conversations and he was very patient with me. I am nearly deaf, so it was hard work for him. We got it fixed and I am grateful for his patience and his help.

Just also following up on my second call with Aasif a couple days later while trying to connect to my internet. He was super patient with me and very helpful. We tried to troubleshoot testing my old router first many, many times in different ways to no success. Finally, we connected the new modem they promised to send by today (28/7/26). Service was very quick!! As promised, I finally have internet after 2 years. Thank you Aasif for your amazing service!! 10/10 to both of you!
