Fantastic service signing up to OCCOM, Rashika R was very helpful and friendly! Also had some help from the tech support team setting up my BYO router - wasn’t on hold AT ALL! And got the issue sorted quickly. This was on a public holiday after 5pm too!

Michael was incredibly helpful and patient with the whole process from sign up to set up. We were on call and was also able to simultaneously sms photos to make sure my router and set up was correct.
