Customer scam call reporting

Please use this form if you’re an Occom customer that has received a scam call to your Occom voice service (this includes VOIP, Mobile, PABX, or SIP Trunk services).

1. What type of scam call did you receive?*

IVR caller (Automated instructions)
Refund scam (E-commerce refund)
Suspected impersonation (Microsoft or Google seeking access to a computer)
Investment or tax scam
NBN or telco threatening to disconnect services
Short duration (less then 20secs, with no noise then hang-up)
Caller ID spoofing (the caller has made the caller ID appear as a number that is not their own)
