Great service! 100/100.We just moved in this building under a LBN contract and only have limited Internet Service Provider choices. We tried two prior ISP's and they had really bad customer service, would always pass the blame and took forever to get back to you.After 10 days of no progress and since we were desperate wifi-hungry millenials, we tried for OCCOM. Don't let the Chinese logo scare you! They can cater to a wide market and most switch board operators speak english well. (Had one that didn't but he passed the phone to his colleague). Was almost a smooth installation. Just had a problem with my previous tenant's router and that it was locked to another ISP. But Adam from the live-chat really guided me step-by-step, explaining everything patiently when I was freaking out. He even helped contact LBN after hours since we both found out it was them who was the problem. In the end, our wifi works perfectly find and I have nothing but praise for their efficient customer-oriented service. Shout out to Adam as well.

First experience with NBN (as opposed to cable, ADSL, etc).Was a little unsure but Adam in technical support was so patient with me. Also appreciate that I could communicate with tech support over Facebook messenger and provide pictures of my installation, as opposed to attempting to describe what I was seeing.Definitely happy so far; if the service is always this good then I have no hesitation recommending Occom.

Internet service is very good. Customer service more than 5 star. I had lots of router problems but customer service staff listed to me very carefully and solved my problem even I was not good at explaining them. Great team and great service. 👍
Since I've been living in that apartment, the NbN connection is not working. And I told them, they started focusing on solving my problem instantly. Until the problem was fixed, they have always been very patient and effective. THANKS A LOT FOR OCCOM INTERNET.

Best customer service! I was on the search for a new provider as my old one was giving me grief and I notice a live chat and had a little complain about what I was dealing with. Let’s just say they fully fixed the whole issue the same day I talked with them about it. I’m gladly signed up and my net works amazingly well! I look forward to having my net working from here pretty well hassle free. I highly recommend this company! They are just down to earth and quick to fix any issue ASAP.
The service is very good. Customer receptionists are very patient and helpful. When we had trouble setting up the internet, they even sent an engineer helping us. Definitely one of the best internet service we have experienced.
Absolute the best customer service ever! I have connected with OCCOM half a year. The internet connection is great and has no problem so far. Recently I chatted with their team members via wechat and had a few questions regarding to the payment. The staff was very patient and friendly. No need to wait online, your questions were answered in a short time. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
The customer service at Occom has been really helpful and solved the activation issue within reasonable time. The officer Stan was very friendly and efficient. The connection speed seems to be pretty good as well.

Very careful and polite. They explain any small things for u one by one. Although I don’t speak Chinese on the phone, we chatted on texting for nearly 2 hours. But they never left my messages, they DID give me solution asap. Their attitude is very professional.
